Shipping is via US Postal Service Priority Mail by default. This method does not include tracking confirmation or insurance. You will be given the option to add these options at checkout. The prices for those options are listed below.

All items are packaged to the best standards to protect your purchase from damage.

We are not responsible for damage done by package carrier in transit.

Combining Orders: We are happy to combine orders if it is brought to our attention. If we happen to notice that there is more than one order by the same person during the same shipping cycle, we will automatically combine the orders and reduce your shipping cost.

We would appreciate it, though, if you bring it to our attention by making a note in the notes section of the order. That way, we will know to combine the orders and send you a copy of the combined invoice. Please bring it to our attention, though. We can not be responsible for searching to see if every customer already has a pending order.


Our jewelry is hand-made by us and we stand by our work, however we reserve the right to refuse to honor any repair that results from obvious abuse.

If you have a problem with your purchase resulting from a defect in workmanship, let us know and we will repair it if we can, free of charge for as long as you own it. You only pay for shippng to us. Keep in mind that materials available now may not be available in the future and we reserve the right to substitute materials no longer available with materials that are as close as possible to the original. Since many items on the site are made from pieces that are either difficult to find or quite possibly one of a kind, it is important to report problems promptly.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply let us know and we can offer a refund, minus a ten percent (10%) restocking fee. To receive your refund, you must obtain an Return Authorization number and ship the product back within five (5) days of receiving the RMA. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package, and we must receive the returned item(s) in the same condition as when it/they was/were shipped to you. In addition, any items returned without an RMA number will be returned to the sender.


Whenever referring to an order please provide the same name that you used when placing the order, and provide the date of the order and the order number, if possible.

Any special requests or instructions concerning your order should be placed in the "Special Instructions / Comments" note section of the Shopping Cart.

Please try to avoid putting special notes in the PayPal payment. They don't always catch up to the actual orders.
